Return Policy
Eligibility Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of their arrival. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Items that are personalised even in the slightest can’t be returned.
Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and any certificates or documentation that came with the product.
If an item is returned damaged, used, or missing components, a deduction may be applied to the refund.
Customer Responsibility:
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
How to Return an Item
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at nrprops050@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll then let you know if the order is elegible for returns or exchanges.
Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its full original packaging, along with the prop certificate or any accompanying documents.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Retain the shipping receipt for your records.
Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
